Licenses
Use of an item is bound by the license you purchase. A license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferrable right to use and incorporate the item in your personal or commercial projects. Currently, on BootstrapOcean you can purchase the products with two types of licenses: Personal or Developer. All freebies are licensed to Personal as default. If you are making a paid purchase, be sure to go through the table below and the guidelines before, so you can know what is the best fit for you.

Personal License
By purchasing the resource with a Personal License you are granted the use of it under the conditions featured in the above table. Ownership stays with BootstrapOcean, along with the copyright holders and you must abide the following rights and restrictions.
Rights
- You have rights for royalty free use of our resources for your personal project.
- You may modify the resources according to your requirements and use them royalty free for your personal project. For example, you may include this resource in a website you will be designing for you.
- You can use the resource in your work with a third party as long as this is for one time (for example: you can use it in one project for one client).
- You are allowed to use these elements without attribution, however we’ll highly appreciate if you will link to our website BootstrapOcean.
Restrictions
- You cannot redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the file downloaded to any third party.
- For any resalable web applications or software programs, you cannot include our graphic resources as an additional attachment.
- If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
- If the item was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the item is subject to the terms of the GPL in place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies).
Developer License
By purchasing the resource with a Developer License you are granted the use of it under the conditions featured in the above table. Ownership stays with BootstrapOcean, along with the copyright holders and you must abide the following terms and conditions.

Extended License
This license must be purchased if you intend to license, sublicense, redistribute, resell parts of our product as it is, our product as it is or generators built based on it. This is not currently possible in our checkout process. Please contact us at BootstrapOcean for more information.
Extra clauses
The software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
